General Payment Information

Program fees are based on a school year of 10 months and can be made in annual, semi-annual, or 10 installments. Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month. Please note: Some months, such as December and June, are short months, but installment payments remain the same. The monthly installment is 10% of the annual tuition. Fees and tuition and subject to change.

A limited amount of financial aid is available. It is based on need and merit, and granted solely at the discretion of the scholarship committee and the Director. Call the Main Office at (510) 848-2322 for scholarship or financial aid information.

Preschool Program (3-6 years)

Mon-Fri

9:00 am to 12:30 pm: $11,785 annual / $1,178.50 month

9:00 am to 3:00 pm: $13,600 annual / $1,360 month

Extended Care:  $2,500 annual/$250 month

Before and After School Costs

Available on a drop-in basis Mon-Fri for

• Before school:
  • Lower Campus 8:00 am to 9:00 am - $8.50 per hour
  • Upper Campus 8:00 am to 8:30 am - $8.50 per hour
    
    
• After school: 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm (at both sites) - $8.50 per hour

Note: Winter Break, Presidents' Week, and Spring Break child care fees are separate.
